With a rich background in financial solutions and services, Nami burst into the Saudi Fintech scene in 2020 despite the pandemic’s difficulties and challenges. Our creative problem-solving mindset, combined with our deep understanding of market gaps and pains, enable us to satisfy market needs, demands, and aspirations through impactful innovation.

Leadership

Osman Oueida

Chairman

Osman was appointed as the Chairman of Nami starting from January, 2022. Osman has more than 20 years of experience in the Technology and FinTech sector. He was appointed to several leadership positions that enabled him to provide value and set up strategic growth goals for several technology companies.
In the year of 2003, he was appointed as the CEO for the Skyband and took on the leadership of leading the development and execution of Skyband long-term strategy with a view to creating shareholder value.
Prior to that he worked as a VP for ICT and SATCOM and was responsible to drive growth and sales initiatives. He successfully commercialized Skyband products and services to meet global benchmarks and regulatory policies.
He led key strategic projects to optimize and digitally transform operations through cutting-edge technology and services. He successfully streamlines operations and sets strategies to achieve financial growth and increase market share.
As of year 2023, he is the Chairman of the newly established Luna Space Holding Company which is parent and control the ownership of the three subsidiaries Luna Space Telecommunications, Luna Space Digital and Luna Space Financial.
Osman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.”

Abdulmohsen AlSudairy

CEO

Abdulmohsen Al Sudairywas assigned as a CEO of Nami on May 2022. In his role, Abdulmohsen is keen on developing long-term sustainable strategies with clear goals and objectives that align with Vision 2030, ensuring that Nami remains as an active contributor to the development and growth of Saudi Arabia.Abdulmohsen enjoys a strong leadership and financial background in both public and private sectors. He filled the position of VP and Chief Privatization Officer at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, working alongside H.E the Minister of Municipal Affairs as his Assistant Deputy Minister.

Prior to his position at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Al-Sudairy enjoyed an impactful career at the Saudi Civil Aviation Holding Co., where he fulfilled his role in multiple positions, such as Head of Treasury, Investment, and Insurance, General Manager of Executive Offices, and General Manager of Royal Terminals.

During his time at Saudi Civil Aviation Holding Co, he participated in many projects to enable the privatization of different companies, such as the privatization of RAC, as well as the privatization of DACO. He has also remained an active member of the VVIP Terminals Project study. At the same time, he was a member of the privatization committee for the aviation sector, which included restructuring, governance, increasing revenue streams, and optimizing products.

Al-Sudairy holds an Executive MBA Degree from King Saud University, as well as an Associate Degree in Financial Management from the same University. Prior to that, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the American University of Paris. In addition, Abdulmohsen holds various certifications from esteemed international institutions, such as Corporate Finance and Strategy from LSE, Advanced Strategies for Directors from INSEAD, and High-Performance Leadership from IMD.
